(Trust me I'd prefer to use much harsher verbiage) Due to "him" I went to search other agents to get Away from "him". The Agent I settled on (who recently retired) said I can definitely change. Well, guess what? "him" refused my request! So I had to write a letter to St Farm Corporation. I wrote a Scorching letter about "him" & finally able to have Patti as agent. (Hmmm, I wonder if St Farm changed their policy after my headache / nightmare? It's really simple now with 1 phone call) ]]"
